Neeraj Bhagat has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Delhi and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He became member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1997. He has rendered consultancy to lot of domestic and multinational corporations having their subsidiaries and branch offices in India with regards to salary structures, tax policies, tax planning of their employees. He was instrumental in designing pay structure in lines with Indian tax laws which help in tax savings for the employees and at the same time was tax compliant so that employer complies with Indian laws.

He has been appreciated by World Bank for his contribution to “Doing Business 2010, Reforming through Difficult Times” survey held by World Bank.

Piyush Thareja holds MBA degree from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom and Accountancy degree from University of Delhi with an overall experience of 9 years in the Human Resource Industry. He has varied career which started with working in companies like Sapient in the Human Resource, India and with a three year stint in UK where he successfully completed his MBA degree followed by University placement within UK & thereafter worked at a Managerial level in the HR department with a leading financial company in UK, regulated by UK government. Recently Piyush has worked as Sr. Divisional Head HR for one the top ranked oldest staffing & outsourcing firm in India.

Piyush brings a mix of corporate HR and entrepreneurial experience and skills in the Human Resource area with a view to creating Brooks Consulting a complete Payroll Outsourcing firm for Indian and Expatriates with a difference. At Brooks Consulting Piyush performs all the duties of Director in Pvt Ltd Company from Business Development, Organization Capability Building, Attending top Management meetings and over all performing management duties with a focus on delivery of complete Payroll Management Solution.
